You may have some money waiting for you. Sometimes, we issue payments to our customers, but the payment does not get completed. After a few years, that money is considered “Unclaimed Property”. For example, it could be a cheque payment issued from a CST plan that was never cashed, or a direct deposit that was returned to us and we were not able to locate the customer to find out the correct information.
We want to help our customers recover any Unclaimed Property they may have with us. If you think we have money that could be yours, here’s what you can do.
Call us at 1-800-461-7100, and we’ll be happy to help you. Don’t want to pick up the phone? You can also email us at [email protected] to request a search for Unclaimed Property.
Heads up, we’ll ask you to provide supporting documents that show you’re the owner or entitled to the money.
